Handling some of the most prestigious and desirable opportunities in the Automotive arena, obviously our easy registration process is free to all candidates who wish to register their details with us. However, this in isolation may not guarantee success at interview if you are unfamiliar with modern interview techniques, or are unprepared for the big day!

We are, therefore, offering “one to one” interview and career counselling sessions to all candidates, from Graduate Trainee to Managing Director level. These sessions will offer frank and informative advice on how to prepare for initial job applications, initial interviews, Assessment Centres and handling salary negotiations. With 10 years trading experience in shortlisting to some of the major Automotive names in the World, Southgate Consulting is well placed to advise candidates on how to achieve their career goals.
