What happens if a candidate leaves our employment within the guarantee period?
Southgate Consulting will find a suitable replacement free of charge within a maximum of six months of the previous candidate commencing employment.

What screening process is used prior to short listing candidates to a client?
Southgate Consulting will conduct structured face to face interviews prior to short listing candidates on all retained assignments.

How expensive is this process?
Our fee structure is highly competitive and flexible, much more so than our competitors. All costs are explained and agreed prior to each assignment undertaken. Value for money and long guarantees are the cornerstones of our business.

How long does the recruitment process take?
This will depend on whether Search, Advertised or Database methods are used. Typically, a comprehensive programme will be completed within 5 weeks from instruction. Database searches can be completed within a matter of days.

Why is Southgate Consulting different from any other recruiter?
We are not a high volume, speculative recruitment company. Consequently, all of our work is conducted in a highly discerning manner with a view on building long-term relationships with our clients. Most of our work is conducted on personal recommendation.
