Details Our client is one of the most developed and long standing Importer/Distributor’s in the world, representing key specialist and volume brands in a highly competitive market. As with many Importer/Retail operations, business suffered in 2009 but is dramatically resurging in 2010 to its original 2008 success. As a result of this recruitment is now active in a number of key areas, including the Sales & Marketing Division where the role of Sales Planning & Distribution Manager plays a very significant part. Ideally, we are looking for an individual who has a combination of National Sales Company and Retail Plc skills, covering Sales Planning, Logistics and Distribution, Financial Control, Future Planning and Vehicle Pricing. It is unlikely that the position would appeal to anyone who has not got this breadth of experience to date, together with the ability to manage a small number of direct and in-direct reports. Equally important is your ability to liaise and influence across a number of key positions in the business, understanding the role of both Importer and Distributor simultaneously.
