An outstanding opportunity to join a prestigious franchise in new premises, running the Sales team selling New & Used vehicles to both Corporate and Retail clients.
It is essential that you have a “hands on” approach to business development as the nature of this particular brand means that you will never be far away from the negotiation and customers during the sales process.
The role would therefore appeal to a Senior Sales Executive wanting to make their first move into management who also has excellent understanding of F&I, used car evaluation, marketing and new car sales.
It is unlikely that we would accept applications outside the semi-specialist or specialist car environment for this particular role but more important is your attitude and ability to work hard in a challenging environment where most of the sales are coming from a conquest situation.
Therefore, an ability to market the business both on a showroom basis and regionally is vitally important.
Requirements
Are you currently a Sales Controller or an aspiring Senior Sales Executive with a specialist car background?
Can you demonstrate an ability to be a “hands on” Sales Executive whilst managing a small team?
Do you have a thorough understanding of F&I, Used Car Sales, Marketing and New Car Sales?
Do you have outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, coupled with a very strong negotiating flair?
Are you currently living within easy commutable of Berkshire/M4 Corridor?
